The Unibasket brings the engineering of the Unifilter into a drop-in basket format, designed to fit your existing 58mm portafilter.
Forged from a single, thick piece of stainless steel, it offers unmatched rigidity and precision, minimizing flex and channeling for cleaner, more even extractions.
Unlike standard baskets, which rely on thin, stamped metal, the Unibasket is crafted from 1.2mm-thick Stainless 304 and features laser-ablated holes that reach the full vertical wall edge — delivering a true 58.5mm puck and superior saturation across the entire dose.
This 16g version is ideal for those looking for clarity, balance, and higher extraction yields in smaller doses.
Compatibility:
- The height of the Unibasket varies by size. If the existing basket in your spouted portafilter is shorter than that, the Unibasket may interfere with the bottom of the group handle.
- The Unibasket is optimized for use with BUCK. Your naked portafilter might be wide and deep enough to accommodate the Unibasket, but it's not BUCK naked. Tapering at the bottom might be inset enough to catch drips from the outer most holes on the basket, making for a slightly messy brewing experience. Ensure that the bottom opening on your group handle is 61mm or wider.
- The Unibasket will fit most bottomless group handles. It is NOT COMPATIBLE with bottomless group handles by ECM, Slayer, Gaggia, Rancilio, Breville. La Marzocco Linea Mini R and Micra portafilter wall thickness has been increased, making it difficult or impossible to press 20g-28g Unbasket in. On Lelit and Rocket, Unibasket fits but flow catches on bottom opening.
