We ship orders to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Additional transit time and surcharges may apply for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.
Most orders will ship from our U.S. distribution facilities. In some cases, products may be shipped directly from our main warehouse in Italy.
When this occurs, Espresso Coffee Shop USA will act as the importer of record, meaning all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees will be handled by us. You will not be responsible for paying any additional charges upon delivery.
The ordering and delivery process will remain the same for you as with any domestic shipment.
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day. Delivery time will vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

Espresso Coffee Shop USA is not responsible for delivery delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier. This includes, but is not limited to, delays caused by weather conditions, carrier operational issues, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer, or other factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving carrier-related delivery issues, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates once the package is in transit.
