All shipping damages and defects in workmanship or material must be reported to ECS USA within 5 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Reports made after this period may not be eligible for warranty service or shipping damage claims. However, nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable state law that cannot be waived.

To report an issue, email support@espressocoffeeshopusa.com with your order number, a detailed description, and the following photographs, all of which are required to file the carrier claim because our shipments are insured: (1) the external shipping packaging (the parcel as received, from all sides, including any damaged areas), (2) the shipping label / waybill on the parcel, and (3) the damaged product itself. Without this complete documentation we cannot open the carrier claim and may be unable to provide a replacement or refund for transit damage.

This warranty does not cover:

• Parts subject to normal wear and tear (gaskets, o-rings, seals, burrs, etc.)

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance (including damage due to limescale buildup in espresso machines)

• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) that does not affect function, unless categorized under defects in workmanship or material, which must be reported within 5 calendar days from order receipt

• Damage resulting from shipping not arranged by ECS USA

• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

To request warranty service:

1. Contact ECS USA Customer Service at support@espressocoffeeshopusa.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos or videos if available.

2. ECS USA will review your request and provide written confirmation and return instructions if your claim is approved.

3. Do not send products without written confirmation — unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.

• Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for all shipping costs, including:

• Shipping the product to ECS USA’s service center

• Shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you

• International Shipments: If your product is shipped from or to a location outside the United States, you are also responsible for any customs duties, import/export fees, and related charges.

All products must be returned in their original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, you must use equivalent protective packaging.

• You are responsible for ensuring the product is adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.

• For espresso machines:

  • Completely drain water from the boiler(s)

  • Remove any removable accessories (portafilters, drip trays, cup rails) before shipping

We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance. ECS USA is not responsible for damage or loss during transit to our service center.

You will be provided with the correct U.S. service address when your claim is approved.

Do not send warranty returns to our Italian warehouse unless specifically instructed by ECS USA.
