Prices displayed on the Site are exclusive of applicable sales tax. Sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address and in accordance with applicable state and local tax laws.

We ship orders to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Most orders ship from our U.S. distribution facilities. In certain cases, orders may ship directly from our main warehouse in Italy. ECS USA will act as the importer of record for any products shipped from outside the United States. This means you will not be charged any additional duties, customs fees, or import taxes upon delivery.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier performance, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

ECS USA reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order if we cannot verify payment authorization with your bank or payment provider
• Limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order
• Delay shipment due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, supply chain disruptions, or high order volumes during promotions or sales
• Decline service to any customer where permitted by law

Once an order is placed for an in-stock item, it cannot be modified. Orders placed separately will ship separately.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.
