We accept returns for eligible products within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise required by state law.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition you received it

• Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories

• Not be an excluded item (see “Exclusions” below)

Please provide your order number and details of the items you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Do not ship items without prior written approval — unauthorized returns will be refused.

• Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

• A restocking fee of up to 15% of the product price may apply to non-defective returns.

• If the returned item is missing parts, packaging, or shows signs of use, we may deduct additional refurbishment costs from the refund.

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item shipped by Espresso Coffee Shop USA, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as you are responsible for the product until it reaches our facility.

All shipping damages and defects in workmanship or material must be reported within 5 calendar days from the delivery date.

• Reports made after this period may not be eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

• For eligible claims, we will cover the return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

• For minor issues that do not affect the product’s functionality, we may provide replacement parts instead of a full product replacement.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when we have shipped a defective or incorrect product.

This applies to:

• The original shipping cost from Espresso Coffee Shop USA to you

• The return shipping cost from you to Espresso Coffee Shop USA (unless defective/wrong item)

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

• Restocking fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund.

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and specify the product you'd like in exchange. Exchanges are subject to ECS' approval.

Certain items are exempt from being returned:

• Perishable goods (such as coffee beans, if applicable)

• Gift cards

• Custom-made or personalized items

• Refurbished or demo products
