About the Role

This hands-on, high-impact internship is ideal for a senior undergraduate or graduate student eager to gain real startup experience and work directly with our General Manager on market expansion and go-to-market strategy. You'll play a key role in shaping our B2B outreach model, defining customer personas, and testing early sales initiatives that will inform the foundation of our future U.S. sales organization.

What You'll Do

  • Support development of our B2B go-to-market strategy for espresso equipment and accessories
  • Define and test ideal customer personas and engagement approaches

Espresso Machine Service Technician

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Espresso Machine Service Technician to join our growing U.S. team. You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining premium espresso machines for both residential and light commercial customers.

Responsibilities

  • Service and repair espresso machines including Rocket, Lelit, Rancilio, Sanremo, Nuova Simonelli, and similar brands
  • Perform equipment diagnostics, calibrations, and preventative maintenance
  • Support warranty and customer repair requests in coordination with HQ

  • Build and maintain a content calendar tied to seasonal and coffee-industry events
