About the product:
The Lelit William PL72 in polished stainless steel pairs a mirror finish body with the white LCC control and its OLED display. Inside are 64mm flat burrs, fed on demand from a 12.3 oz (350g) hopper. We see it as a grinder that looks good on the counter and still gives repeatable espresso doses.
On the LCC you program one grinding time for a single dose and one for a double. The OLED display keeps a partial and a total count of the doses ground. During a dose, the top button adds a little more coffee or stops the grind.
Grind size moves without fixed steps through the upper knob, with a 1 to 10 reference scale. The rest tray comes off for cleaning and locks back in place with magnets.
How to use:
Pour the beans into the smoked hopper and fit the stainless steel cap to keep air out.
Set the grind on the upper knob, then program the single and double dose times on the LCC.
Rest the portafilter on the support and grind the dose. Use the top button to add coffee or stop if needed.

FAQs:
Q: Does the William keep beans in a hopper?
A: Yes. The smoked hopper holds 350g and protects the beans from light, and the stainless steel cap keeps air out.
Q: Can I change the grind in small steps?
A: Yes. The adjustment is stepless, so you can stop between the marks of the 1 to 10 scale.
Q: Is the finish the only difference from the brushed William?
A: The polished version also has a white LCC instead of the black one. Burrs, hopper and dosing are identical.
