About the product:
A tenth of a gram is the resolution of the scale built into the Vario W+. You pick a target, press start, and the motor stops when the bin holds that weight. The 54mm steel flat burrs are precision-milled in Europe and give balanced cups with high clarity of flavor.
The black finish suits a darker counter or a setup next to a black or stainless machine. Inside, it is the same grinder as the white version. We see it as the grinder for people who weigh every brew and would rather the grinder took care of that step.
How to use:
Move the macro lever close to the size you want, then fine tune with the micro lever while the motor runs.
Set the grounds bin on the scale platform, press a preset and then START/STOP.
Hold a preset button for 3 seconds to store a new weight after adjusting it with the arrows.

FAQs:
Q: Does the Vario W+ need a separate scale?
A: No. The scale is built into the platform under the grounds bin and stops the motor at your target weight.
Q: Can I use it for espresso?
A: It reaches espresso fineness. The manual suggests 1Q as a starting point and notes that espresso may need a finer calibration with the included tool.
Q: Is the black version different inside from the white one?
A: No. Burrs, motor, scale and controls are identical. Only the color changes.
