The Encore ESP Pro weighs just 8.5lb (3.84kg), and it is Baratza's first grinder with smooth, stepless adjustment. Baratza calls it its highest grind resolution yet, from espresso fine to cold brew coarse.

We like that it works two ways. With the single dose lid, you weigh your beans, grind, and the motor stops when the chamber is empty. With the 10.6oz (300g) hopper, timer mode doses to a tenth of a second. For a home that switches between espresso and filter, it is a flexible choice.

How to use:

Fit the single dose lid or the hopper and turn it until it clicks into place.

Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to switch between single dose mode and timer mode.

Use the dosing cup and base for a portafilter, or insert the grounds bin for larger doses.
