Description

The Mignon BREW PRO instant coffee grinder is the version of Eureka designed specifically for "filter" grinding (V60, Chemex, AeroPress, Filter coffee machines). Equipped with a 310 watt motor it is capable of running 1350 revolutions per minute, this guarantees a productivity of 1.9 - 2.5 grams per second.

The "Easy Setting" System eases the grinding degree regulation by showing the whole range of grinding techniques: from Turkish to Moka, from Drip to French Press. The Eureka grinders equipped with this system are easy and fast to program.

Mignon BREW PRO is a very compact coffee grinder, and is equipped with a touch screen display with programmable double dose or continuous grinding.

Silence: like other Eureka models, the Mignon BREW PRO is also equipped with Silent technology, which we praise a lot for making the grinder considerably quieter than conventional grinders. This makes it ideal for apartments with thin walls where the noise can easily spread.
