Rocket Fausto Coffee Grinder

The Rocket Fausto has always been the coffee grinder of choice for those customers that wanted a true professional coffee grinder to pair with their Rocket. Put any Rocket machines close to the Fausto and you will see just how good they look together. 

The Fausto now has bigger 65 mm flat burrs which makes the grinding experience even more thrilling than before. Another improvement from the previous generation is the use of sound insulation which makes the coffee grinder significantly more quiet than before. Also new is the touch screen, which replaces the outdated buttons of the previous one. The screen is highly intuitive and responsive to use and allows you to program 3 different doses. What remained unchanged is the Stepless grinding adjustment which is as precise and sensitive as you would expect from a professional coffee grinder.

Things to Consider 

Touch operated: unlike most coffee grinders, the Fausto grinds through the touch of the screen rather than through a switch. This might be counter intuitive at first, however, you will eventually get used to it.
