Overview
About the product:
The Rocket R58 Cinquantotto, Italian for “58”, is Rocket’s flagship dual-boiler espresso machine, hand-built in Milan. Separate brew and steam boilers let you pull shots and steam milk at the same time, while a heated E61 group head and PID control keep temperatures rock-steady. A quiet rotary vane pump delivers café-quality pressure, and the clean stainless body suits any kitchen.
How to use:
- Switch on, or schedule the auto-on timer so it is up to temperature before you wake.
- Set brew and steam temperatures on the PID display.
- Grind, dose, and tamp into the 58 mm portafilter, lock it in, and start the shot.
- Use the steam wand for milk, and power off the steam boiler if you only drink espresso.
