About the product:
The Rocket Appartamento 2.0 is the updated version of Rocket’s most popular home espresso machine, hand-built in Milan. It keeps the signature circular side-panel cutouts, a 1.8 L copper heat exchanger boiler and a genuine E61 group so that you can brew espresso and steam milk at the same time. The 2.0 adds a tank water level sensor that lets a shot finish even when the reservoir runs low, an RGB LED status indicator, shared electronics with the Rocket TCA and FAST models, and a chassis revised with corrosion-resistant components. Its compact footprint suits small kitchens.
How to use:
- Fill the removable 2.5 L tank and switch on.
- Allow time to warm up, then grind, dose and tamp into the portafilter.
- Lock it in and start the shot with the group lever.
- Froth milk with the steam wand while the espresso pulls.
