About the product:
The Rancilio Silvia Pro X is a compact, single-group dual-boiler espresso machine built for the experienced home barista. It carries the iconic Silvia design forward with two insulated boilers, dual PID temperature control, and a digital display—brew and steam independently so that you can pull a shot and froth milk at the same time. A pressure gauge shows brew pressure during extraction, and soft infusion gently wets the puck for a more even extraction.
How to use:
- Fill the 2 L water reservoir and switch on.
- Set brew and steam temperatures on the PID display, then grind, dose and tamp into the portafilter.
- Lock it in and start your shot, using soft infusion if you like.
- Steam milk with the commercial-grade wand while the shot pulls.
