About the product:
The Rocket Boxer is a compact, hand-built Italian commercial espresso machine for busy cafés, bakeries and restaurants. Available in 2- and 3-group versions, it uses a large copper heat-exchanger boiler (13.2 L or 23 L) to support continuous brewing and steaming. The thermosiphon system keeps each group head temperature stable, while programmable volumetric dosing and individual shot timers help baristas deliver consistent drinks. A low-profile design keeps staff visible to customers, and cool-touch steam wands add safety during service.
How to use:
  • Connect the machine to water and power, then switch on and let the boiler heat up.
  • Grind, dose and tamp into the portafilter, lock it in, and press a shot button for automatic volumetric dosing.
  • Steam milk with the cool-touch wand, and run the automatic backflush cycle at the end of service.
