About the product:
The Nuova Simonelli Musica is a compact Italian heat exchanger espresso machine that brings commercial-grade performance to home and small café use. A 2 L copper boiler lets you brew and steam at the same time, while programmable volumetric dosing delivers the same shot volume every time. Manual dosing, pre-infusion, indicator lights and a boiler pressure gauge round out the controls. The stainless steel body features black edging, while the Lux version adds light blue LED edging for a more dramatic look.
How to use:
- Fill the 3 L water tank (or use a direct-connect model if plumbed in), then switch on. Allow 15-30 minutes to heat up.
- Grind, dose, and tamp into the 58 mm portafilter, lock it in, and press a shot button.
- Steam milk with the lever-operated wand while the shot pulls.
