Description

About the product:

The Nuova Simonelli Oscar II is an Italian heat exchanger espresso machine that brings commercial heritage to the home barista. This version includes an OPV (over-pressure valve) kit, letting you tune brew pressure to your coffee. The copper boiler lets you brew and steam at the same time, while timed single- and double-shot buttons keep your extractions consistent. Its compact ring group warms up quickly, and the long articulated steam wand suits serious milk work.

How to use:

Fill the water reservoir and switch on, or use the direct-connect version if plumbed.
Let the machine heat up, then grind, dose, and tamp into the 58 mm portafilter.
Lock it in and press the single- or double-shot button.
Steam milk with the lever-operated wand while the shot pulls.
