The 9Barista Mk.2 Pro is a stovetop espresso machine that brews real 9-bar espresso with rich crema, with no electricity needed. The Pro upgrade adds a naked portafilter, an IMS precision 53 mm basket, a laser-drilled stainless steel basket cap, and anodised aluminium handles for consistent, watchable extraction.
How to Use:
- Fill the boiler with 110-120 ml of water.
- Add 15-20 g of finely ground coffee to the basket and tamp.
- Lock in the portafilter, set the machine on your hob, and heat from cold.
- Espresso flows in 3-6 minutes.
