About the product:
The Lelit Bianca PL162T V3 in white is an Italian-made dual-boiler espresso machine for home baristas who want café-level control. Two stainless steel boilers let you brew and steam at the same time, while the PID keeps temperature precise. The wooden paddle on the E61 group head gives manual flow and pressure control. The V3 adds faster warm-up, an electronic low-flow mode and four new power modes. The water tank can sit on any of three sides, or you can plumb the machine in directly.
How to use:
- Fill the tank, switch on, and let the machine heat up.
- Set your brew temperature on the display, then grind, dose and tamp into the portafilter.
- Lock it in, lift the paddle to start the shot, and lower it to stop.
- Use the steam wand for milk.
